This is the illusion of a Democratic process through which every 4 years dusins of mindless sheep vote for one of two rich & powerful charlatans who have no-one's best interests but their own.
this video actually makes a lot of sense. it shows the reality of the country and the kind of shit those who live in the u.s have to live with (unless they are the shitty ones lol)
Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Ron Paul, and Jesus Christ... I can't think of a better foursome to bring awareness to the sheeple :0)
America desperately needs a turd party. It's time to end the two-party State. Abolish the electoral college and bring on a coalition style government.
I'd be convinced if they mentioned anything aside from the methods the parties use to deceive. No shit both political parties deceive, that doesn't make Ron Paul, a man whose philosophy is based off of 18th century economics, a better candidate.
@slickbenjamn We sorta did better in the 18th century... Beat the world's biggest empire as a set of colonies. Now we can't beat a third-world country in less than the time WW2 took.
France came in pretty damn late. Also, if that's your measuring stick, can we bring France into Iraq and see how much it changes things? :)
To the point: My take on Ron Paul is that he has a simple platform: If a law has the power to remove or damage the rights of anyone, he votes no. (He's voted no on pretty much everything, but at least he's sticking to his principles. If more did, there'd be less pork-riders on bills which might otherwise be good.) Also, he truly believes that the government
's purpose is "doing for people what they cannot do for themselves". Since the government is MADE of people, that's damn little. :) Moreso since you can't truly delegate a power (a Right) to the government that you didn't have in the first place (like the justification to initiate violence.) Once those are out of the way, just eliminate what the government does that it shouldn't. Targeting some drugs, and public education that's always worse than private anyways. (pay for it out of tax savings)
I think it's amazing how much sway religion has on a debate.
A hypothetical truth (NOT denying it) but a HYPOTHETICAL none the less, it makes people crazt, angry, depressed, liars, killers, great, rich, poor..... It's time this system of hypocrisy and tom-foolery eas ended, unite as a people and unite as a feasible reason to EXIST, or perish ^_^
I go for the former. I'll exist with anyone, can you?
