i understood. because the operation didn't take long, it means he passed away. complete doesn't necessarily mean they suceeded...the lake part at the end was just her remembering the past. idk if this helped much :P

I still don't get the ending. I saw the whole episode, the operation was a success. So did he live? Why was she alone at the swan lake?? Seriously it's so irritating:/ I got so attached...
