Augustin is the wakeup call Felton needed & I do think next year he can challenge for the job but they are spending a lot of money on the starter & backup point guard. I´d say trade Augustin so he can have his shot with another team. Detroit could use some young blood & A.I. is on his way out, could be a good fit.

He's definitely taking Feltons place IMO, after seeing the games he played before playoffs, I'd say he's definitely up for starter... I think Bobcats have a solid team now w/ Diaw and Bell as well, I would put a bet on them getting to the playoffs next year when they can start fresh with the new lineup and not late in the season.

Well who ever doesn't take D.J. Augustin seriously is a joke. He was one of the best if not the best point guard in college. Just because he is shorter than majority of the players, his skill and technique makes up from that difference. Yes I'm a girl but I've been following up D.J. from his sophmore year in college and he quickly became my favorite basketball player period. Matter of fact if I had a choice to meet one person it would be him because he's my role model

Augustin is going to turn into a great pro, sort of like a Chauncey Billups type player, under Larry Brown. This draft class gave up some solid players. Derrick Rose could become an all-star this year, O.J. Mayo could become an all-star soon. Beasley just has to put the pieces together and he'll become an all-star. Players such as Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook, Brook Lopez, Jason Thompson, Mario Chalmers and Patrick Ewing Jr. all have potential to at least become legitimate starters.

The fact is football is the most popular sport in the world. American sports are only played in america, where as sports that the british invented are player all over the globe. sjmaugeri,Jrich can go to the 3. Last year we were better when Gerald was injured, with Carroll starting. However, playing Felton or Augustin at SG is a bad idea. Drafting a PG was a bad idea. we suck because our frontcourt is thin and has no offensive minded players, except for may who's always hurt. we could have added lopez or traded augustin, instead now we've likely got a calderon/ford situation which doesn't improve anything. felton will probably get screwed again at SG, but i hope not.

Okafor scored almost 14 points but he was really the only option down low. His only offense is his strength on the offensive boards. He has no moves, no jumpshot and a horrible touch. Almost all of his points are from plays created by teammates or putbacks. You can't feed him and expect something good to happen. I think he's average at best offensively. We need a big guy with a good midrange and post up game to compliment him. May did those things well but I doubt he'll ever be fully healthy.
