hey man, really good demo! im thinking of getting one of these, the mr brownstone tone sounded quite like a marshall...how do you think they compare? im looking for a step up, gain wise from a fender blues junior...was thinking marshall jcm 800 but these sound really good IMO...any info/input would be appreciated. thanks
@bellers Cornford is more versatile, you can play comfortably at home, cause it has a Master volume. This cornford sounds more compresed (modern) than a Marshall, less sharp, but with a beatiful gain. Also cleans are diferent, more like a VOX (which I like). JCM 800 are the typical rock sound that you know. You will rock perfectly choosing anyone of those.
Sounds harsh to me, just like Fuchs Overdrive amp, that is why I chose Laney GH50 for fusion tones.

I have played this amp several times. The "sound" you have recorded has nothing to do with its real tone!!!
If I was the owner of Cornford I would sue you!!!!!

You obviously didnt use a mic.

@bornburied
I used a mic (AKG D320B, really great.)but I didn't take my time settings the levels...It was just plug and play, that's why it sounds like that.
