You need to have your PSP hacked (to have a Custom Firmware installed on your PSP). If you have it hacked, go to the M33 Recovery Menu, then go to Configuration, go to the fifth line and check if it says "Normal -UMD Required" or M33 Driver -NO UMD-. Configure that depending on the ocacion, if you have an UMD GAME inserted or not.

what happens if the file you download doesnt come in CSO or ISO file type? for example i downloaded a file that came in RAR type...?

When it comes on a RAR file you need to decompress it. Make a Google search for WinRAR.
When you decompress it you'll get an ISO or an CSO file.

yea i realized i needed the umd dycrypter thingy.... but still when i pput the dycryptor in my psp and launch it it says canot dycrypt umd?!?!?! wtf

You need any CFW. The only problem is that you need to update your CFW sometimes to play some games.
