Well, at the stone formation, it kinda looks like a grave used by the vikings in Denmark (as far as I know they haven't been used anywhere else, so excuse me if I get some things wrong (: ) like a reaaaalllyyy long time ago, it might not be connected at all or someone else figured out what it really was that's just a short thought I get when I look at it, not saying it's the right thing or anything.

ICF is code for O.O.L's birthday which is September 3rd 1906, it's not a secret sentence or anything of that sort. I is the 9th letter of the alphabet C is the third and F the 6th. The other writing on the box is asking for a birthdate, and 9/3/6 is the date. Once again 9.3.6 = I.C.F = 9.3.6

ICF was a company made by "Sander Cohen" and "Adam" (doesnt say last name) that focused on biotechnology about human DNA and how certain children if given these advancements could create energy and clean fuels and such from decay and death, sounds like a place I know??

I worked this out earlier while trying to unlock the box. Once you've deciphered the code you find out that it's asking you for a birthdate. Check some of the old files and you'll find O.O.L's birthdate, September 3rd 1906, Mark notes the page with "9.3.6?" use the alphabet and it comes to ICF. Hope that helps :)

once u think of it the big sister was getting a lot of attention form Meltzer. And if his daughter was taken he might have fallowed the big sister to the spot and seen her go in. the rocks itself look as if the have the same symbols and the first puzzle box.

i made a key for the symbols last knight and decoded the messege inside the box finally. it says"it's cold down here daddy come find me" it was kind of freaky but you know she is saying that she is in rapture when she says its cold DOWN HERE

As for the birthday thing, there is that writing on the wall in the Bioshock 2 demo that says "and we will be reborn in the cold womb of the ocean" that seems to coincide loosely with this message.

The rock formation came with the letter that is also on the ground. It's a sort of stone henge (I guess) that the person who wrote the letter believes to be from Atlantis. It might be nothing at all.
