Thats amazing! My new years reseolution is going to be to ride bare back more than in a saddle. :) I just road bare back for the 1st time in AGES the other day and even though I didn't do a whole lot more cantering like I wish i could have (Savvy was a bit...fresh XD) I had way more fun and it was a challange! I can't wait for this next summer! You are a legend! Your legs never move! lol, I'm so jelous of your skills! XD Anyone who trys to beat you down can "Stuff up" thier buttholes! XD

beuatiful x Riding bareback allways gives you such a better relationship with your horse. Though bareback is just another style of riding. Generally, you'v either got it or you don't. Everything depends on your balence. Whether you learned to ride on a something that gave you no support in your balence or something that did. Everything all fits in to place. However, if you learned to ride on a green horse or not, you definatly have *it*.
Can I ask how you worked your way up to this? I mean, did you just decide to ride bareback one day and you were a natural, or did you have to work really hard? I'm not a jumper, but I'd loooove to be as good of a rider as you. Cool video.
i got a question, ik it showed u bareback on a greenie but i want to know when its safe to ride my horse. we r getting him broken in a few weeks and i <3 bareback. @qode101 actually no you won't as long as the horse gets massage therapy once or twice a month, my uncles horses get jumped up to 6 ft and are still sound as a bleeding drum his oldest horse zepher jumped 7'9'' at the hight of his runs and is now 28 years old and still jumps the 5ft fences in the turn out ring even when no ones there and the vet says that he might be the healthiest horse he's seen in along time because my uncle gets a chiropractor and massage therapist out there bi-weekly.

Wow :) You've obviously worked with your horse a lot and it really shows in your riding. The only thing with bareback riding and jumping is that excessive riding without a saddle can damage the horse's back. But, your technique is so good that I don't think that horse would be bothered by it. Well done and good luck for the future :D
One of those horses looks like my 2 year old Storm! Hes 16hnds already! I tried getting one him bareback and Ill just say being only 5'6" its to high for my to jump up haha especially on a green 2 yr old
Your horse is incredibly pretty- and she clears those jumps really nicely. Good job at getting so good at bareback. I ride a ton of BB too, and jump like that. I don't understand why people think it's so tough. I find the saddle to be more annoying that bareback. It gets in my way! My horse isn't trained with a tack rein, so we do use a bridle or halter, but he can be ridden over jumps with the reins knotted on his neck. Nice video!

I jump bareback all the time, and jumping is the easiest thing ever....if your a good rider like me and most of my friends! I'm doing a show jumping competition on Monday. I trained a COW to jump 3 ft. She will jump higher when she gets older. I jump about 4 feet bareback. And can do 5 with a saddle.....Its easy!

Why do you ride with custom rope around the head of the horse. I do not know what it's called in English. I'm from Norway. Since you are the best, so why use it on the horse? there are many more that are MUCH better than you, they use NOTHING!
I bored my horse at a big farm. My nickname there is bareback girl! Most people dont think I own a saddle. I feel so much closer to my horse while i am riding bareback. I LOVE it
She is great! I can ride bridleless and bareback and jump while riding like that but I cant do anything that high or with thay much control. Sadly my horses is 22 with joint problems so I might only have like 5 more years to ride him, gradually doing less and less. I love my horse so much though that I am going to keep him forever even after I cant ride him.

there really is nothing else that can compare to bareback! i ride and also taught myself how to ride bareback only eventually learnt in a saddle but will always prefer bareback i seem to be able to stick to any horse bareback like super glue haha! your a great rider keep it up :)

its amazing to see a young rider with such a good grasp of seat and use of body. not enough young riders take the time to accomplish the basics, they buy push button horses that only require you to point and shoot. its a beautiful thing to see that even tho a horse refused you still maintained poise and grace that 90% of riders lack even with a saddle!

You're a great rider. Wish I woulda had a youtube account when the contest was going, we jump bareback/bridle-less to (me and my mare. Don't have any vids of it though!). Some people are so awkward bareback. They jerk the reins and pull them tight to keep their balance, jiggling around all the way, giving the poor horse a sore back and keeping him off balance during the ride. Good job riding bareback the proper way! =)

@HuntrJumpr67 Ok Seriously?? DO YOU KNOW HOW AMAZING SHE WAS, first of all. She could jump picnic tables and stand on horses, she had a true gift. I jump bareback all the time, and jumping is the easiest thing ever....if your a good rider like me and most of my friends! I'm doing a show jumping competition on Monday. I trained a COW to jump 3 ft. She will jump higher when she gets older. I jump about 4 feet bareback. And can do 5 with a saddle.....Its easy!

i jump picnik tables, straw bales, everything. i lay down and SLEEP with my horse for crying out loud. i jump behong 4 feet. and even better bareback because your closer to the horse. i have copetitions all day next week, and i place first or second in all rounds of jumping.

Why do you ride with custom rope around the head of the horse. I do not know what it's called in English. I'm from Norway. Since you are the best, so why use it on the horse? there are many more that are MUCH better than you, they use NOTHING!

I bored my horse at a big farm. My nickname there is bareback girl! Most people dont think I own a saddle. I feel so much closer to my horse while i am riding bareback. I LOVE it

She is great! I can ride bridleless and bareback and jump while riding like that but I cant do anything that high or with thay much control. Sadly my horses is 22 with joint problems so I might only have like 5 more years to ride him, gradually doing less and less. I love my horse so much though that I am going to keep him forever even after I cant ride him.

there really is nothing else that can compare to bareback! i ride and also taught myself how to ride bareback only eventually learnt in a saddle but will always prefer bareback i seem to be able to stick to any horse bareback like super glue haha! your a great rider keep it up :)

its amazing to see a young rider with such a good grasp of seat and use of body. not enough young riders take the time to accomplish the basics, they buy push button horses that only require you to point and shoot. its a beautiful thing to see that even tho a horse refused you still maintained poise and grace that 90% of riders lack even with a saddle!

You're a great rider. Wish I woulda had a youtube account when the contest was going, we jump bareback/bridle-less to (me and my mare. Don't have any vids of it though!). Some people are so awkward bareback. They jerk the reins and pull them tight to keep their balance, jiggling around all the way, giving the poor horse a sore back and keeping him off balance during the ride. Good job riding bareback the proper way! =)
