I don't know how you get that kinna clear recording without a pick up or a sound studio. May be the air in Grease is cleaner without the smog and electrical interfereance. But that is clean! you can even hear the waves from the ocean or cars the background. You Rock dude!!!!

I'm fairly sure there is a single coil pup on it. electric bouzouki is quite common, see manolis hiotis (though I think he used humbuckers)
