  • olá ! no brasil já existem ocorrências de tornados ! mais precisamente em santa catarina. sul do brasil. nunca tivemos esse fenomeno por causa da temperatura, agora temos##########hello! in Brazil there are already instances of tornadoes! more specifically in Santa Catarina. southern Brazil. never had this phenomenon is related to temperature, we now have

  • Wear's the domanator.

  • *Cringes* Nasty cut in the sidewall. That's not a cheap tire, either, Low-profile.

  • imm pretty shocked it took that many people to change a tire hahaa

  • good thing that didnt happen while you were a tornado path. THAT WOULD SUCK!

  • they rode on it flat, the rim and ground ate up the sidewall. puncture or bead failure caused it to go flat

  • I watched you guys from the live chase page. After watching this video it makes sense why you lost the storm. Its unfortunate to get a flat tire but I am sure you guys will have better luck for the next chase. I'll be watching you guys all year. Good Luck....

  • The mechanical inability shocks me. With all of the situations they go through, you think one should be able to change a tire. Sad

  • lol...rofl...love the flip flops too..guess it's a live and learn experience? hehe

  • us makes makes canadas warning system look like a bunch of farmers calling in what they see

  • LOL Sweet vid! Keep the vids comin Tornadovideos. You guys rock!

  • ok,,,,,so how many storm chasers does it take to change a tire?!?!?!? too funny!!!

  • hahaha!

  • i love Reed

  • Maybe the sidewall is like that because they drove on it. Just my guess! Driving on a tire will destroy it and a lot of the time cuts the side wall.

  • looks like the tire was bad, or over inflated or faulty. See how the sidewall blew out. It wasn't a nail that did that.

  • you can see the nail sticking out of the back of the tear @ 2:48

  • cool video and nice trucks guys... dodge!!! only truck I will ever go with

  • you guys need some muscle there lol

  • I love when Reed explains formations in the field.

  • Rule of the road: NEVER change a tire while wearing sandals/open-toed shoes. A small slip could prove to be much more disastrous than a EF-2 in a heavy forest.

  • Nice analogy.

  • ahh very true, surprised as well as he is chasing so why wear unsuitable shoes, silly.

  • Reed... What's up with you getting a flat tire.. You ain't TIV.. Are you? That was a first.. I thought Reed could never be dented by such minuscule mishaps ;)

Hope you are in Texas now.. We've got tornado watches all over the place around here today.

  • I'd have to say, this is one of the most professional videos I've seen from Reed's team.

Why weren't they driving their Tahoe?

  • Nice! What reflectivity do you guys use for GRLevel?

  • Get some BFG all terrain ta k/o's they hold up better than the duellers

  • Getting that flat definitely had to suck. Hope you don't get another at an extremely crucial point.

Will be keeping up with you guys. Good luck and stay safe.

  • nice just the start

  • how many retards does it take to change a tire :)

  • good luck in texas tommorow :)

  • ohh yeaa

    ahahha

  • I'm a truckdriver. I left Amarillo Tx yesterday AM and took US 287 to Stratford Tx and then US 54 to Guymon OK and then Rt 163 to Ks 25 to Ulysses Ks. The wind all day yesterday was blowing like crazy and there were times when it was hard to keep my truck on the road. Was this wind part of the weather system in this video and was it also part of the system that dumped all the snow in Wy, Co, and Nd ?? Also could you suggest a book, kinda like a dummies guide to severe weather Thanx..

  • All of the systems you mentioned are related. The wind blowing from the south greatly increased inflow to the storms.

A good book for learning about severe weather is the Storm Chasing Handbook by Tim Vazquez. It has some more technical areas, but most of it is easily understandable.

  • i should look into that... thanks for the info!

  • What happend to using the SUV's?

  • probably to much in fuel.

  • they are building them better...

  • you guys should have been in Nebraska yesterday

  • WAT HAPPEN?

  • lol i guess storm chasers should have an impact wrench to change it quicker...

  • or a 4 way

  • Nice! Ive been through alot of Tornado warning's / Tornado's in Ontario, Canada

  • Oops!

  • sweet thing, too bad ur car broke downl ol

  • thankfully the tornado wasn't headed toward you.

  • Great shots. Was watching yesterday, great job!

That reminds me of a joke. How many storm chasers does it take to change a tire? 10. 1 to change the tire and the other 9 to sit and whine about the storm they juts missed! :-)

Hope you guys get some ones this season, and get that probe deployed (last year was cool!) late April and early May are just around the corner

  • man you guys are the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love TVN

But i could not view your live streem

    it keep on going off

  • Looove supercells !! they are amazing!

  • i was waching this on the storm system it was sweet
