  • well you don't workout good 3-4 times a week and 30 minutes cardio 3-4 times a week will put you in 150% of your body remember muscle don't grow when u workout they grow when you sleep and resting

  • Hey I was looking for your video. I guess youtube took you off my subscription list. This video is very inspirational to me man. I'm at 18% bodyfat right now and I have slight ligament damage in my left shoulder. So I have to be very careful. My question to you is what could I do for cardio here in NYC? It's 18°F (very cold, windy) and I do not own a treadmill or can afford money/time for a gym. What would you do in my predicament. I have all the free weights though available and bench.

  • It may sound funny but I found the P90X actually works quite well. If you can dedicated to the program, that maybe all you need in this situation.

  • Yeah at 260 LBS 6'2" there's a bit of the exercises I cannot do on p90x. For example the pull-ups. I figure the substitute for pull-ups is a lat tower pull-down which is something I don't have access to at the moment. So I work my lats with free weights. May as well keep my free weight routine going. Thanks man. I'll get there some how lol. I'll bring out the reflex bag too.

  • Damn man amazing job. I have to admit when I started I got adicted. People ask me how I can do 60mins of cardio a day, 5 days a week. But in truth I couldn't imagine a day without my workouts now.
