  • Can you define the Biblical word for religion, θρησκεία, for us?

  • Loved the fact you could explain in a real way what the poet meant. I was starting to think nobody got that. I think it was made for non religious people so they could relate

  • Its very difficult to debate religion because everyone's so passionate about what they believe & few people are logical about it. Belief is not something you can prove & explain. You just believe or you don't.

  • "Look to Jesus and then you'll understand the system, don't look to the system to understand who Jesus was" powerful quote!

  • You're amazing at analysing. Thank you for being so open minded unlike many people's responses by speaking for and against, amazing video! :) x

  • Love the video and EVERYTHING was very well said tho!!

  • I thought in the video he was referring to ur relationship with Jesus Christ is wat matters....?

  • @passion4ministry

    Yeah, thats what @WohnerontheRadio said

  • ...The Bible was written A LONG time ago and written to conform with what was going on THEN. It's not like technology which is updated to follow the times. I'm not saying you should disregard it, just remember that is was written in a different time. And lastly, why is salvation only to be found through those specific books? Why those specific books? There are other religious texts out there, and their messages can be useful too. So why aren't they used?

  • @1985breezegirl you are right, the bible was written along time ago but God is the beginning & the end, he knows everything past present & future.so when he was talking though prophets, he knew exactly how what this world would become and he doesn't make mistakes. to answer your other question: its simple organization. every book has a purpose. revelations deals with the second coming and so on. the first few books of the new testament is for the life of Jesus. its all in a purpose

  • Wonderfully put. I was raised Catholic, but as I began to get older, some things just made no sense. Like confession. Yes he's a preist, but a MAN nonetheless and I shouldn't have to confess to a MAN, only to God. I just became very disillusioned with the whole institution of religion. Why do people choose to take some things literally while ignoring others for instance? If you're going to follow the Bible, then follow it. Don't just use certain passages to conform to your opinion. Another thing

  • Looking to the religion 1st,to find Jesus, has a positive role in helping some people find Jesus. In my case,it helped me find Jesus. I was not raised in any church. As an adult,my husband and I met as lovely couple,in a church, who had a "RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS". They reached out to us and taught us to drive a car, etc..They turned out to be the real deal.. A year or so later, at different times, my husband and I began to sincerely seek for a personal relationship with Jesus, and so on.. Desi

  • You are a wonderful speaker, you know that right?

  • There is a difference between religious dogma and spiritual presence. The religiously incurable cannot tell the difference. Spiritual presence has nothing to do with religion though a small number of people who follow a religion have a spiritual presence. In fact, the more religious a person is the less a spiritual presence can shine thru. You will never find god in a church.

  • @shenadoa I disagree!

  • @Pastorbillanddesi What do you disagree with?

  • @shenadoa I disagree with the statement that, "YOU WILL NEVER FIND GOD IN A CHURCH", and, with the statement that, "the more religious a person is, the less a spiritual presence can shine thru". Desi

  • Well put! I am impressed that you were able to break down most of the criticisms brick by brick. You were able to separate fallacies from argument and explain all sides without putting anyone on the defensive. Personally, I am a HUGE fan of Jefferson Bethke's video. He spoke to my very struggles and you are right, in order to really get it, you have to be his target audience. 5 stars on your response!

  • thank you for being so open minded :) alot of people are automatically blaring back screaming "what?! how dare he?" but you let them all know. thank you

  • Good interpretation. Good video.

  • this is what he meant = I love Jesus and hate organized religion. Because Jesus is religion, but organized religion man made and driven.

  • I do agree that we do use the words Christian and Religion so loosely and for the most part, both have lost its meaning.

  • ..and this is how we have a "conversation". I am a FAN of conversation and respect of opinion. At the end of the day, the majority of US have been taught GENERATIONAL teachings versus seeking knowledge. Thus the constant battle over religion, denomination, and yoke. At the end of the day the WORD is simple in ANY book of knowledge, it is MAN who is still searching for understanding and only listening to the knowledge of another man's findings rather than seek his own.

  • Lol!! debate Coldplay lol!! Best reponse to his video I totally agree!

  • wow this is the best video explaining the original video....he hits it right on the head i think with how i interpreted the original video...

  • ITS LIKE PEOPLE ARE STUCK ON "TRADITION".. BUT NOT LOOKING AT THE BIG PICTURE... WHICH IS WHY I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE POET OF "WHY I HATE RELIGION BUT LOVE JESUS"...

  • AWESOME RESPONSE. THE POET IS VERY CLEAR W| WHAT HE MEANS AND OF COURSE I UNDERSTAND HIM B/C THATS MY BACKGROUND AS WELL. IN MY CHURCH WE LEARN THAT A "RELIGIOUS" SPIRIT IS ONE THAT IS MOST DANGEROUS. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT "FAKE THE FUNK".. TRY TO TELL YOU HOW TO LIVE FROM THEIR OWN PERSPECTIVE.. PEOPLE WHO CONSTANTLY WORSHIP JESUS CHRIST BUT ARE NOT CHANGING OR IN OTHER WORDS.. "BEING TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF THEIR MINDS".. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT WANT THE "ATTENTION". BUT YEA. AWESOME VID!

  • your video is know being forwarded

  • Thank you someone who gets it

  • As a practicing Catholic, I just want to point out that a lot of us do not feel like the traditions we have are a one way ticket to heaven. Many of us believe that it is the relationship with God that is the most impotant thing (like what you were talking about). We just have our traditions that we find important as well.I am opposed to some of the views in his poem but I completely agree with what your video is saying. :) Unfortunately, like any religion some Catholics show to be bad examples.

  • @cubanita608 There is no institution in all of Western Civilization that has tortured, bullied, lied to, molested, murdered, or impoverished more people than the Catholic Church. And the Vatican continues the constant stream of hate unabated. I would think people would be ashamed to admit in public that they are a Catholic.

  • Good breakdown of his Amazing poem!! I am one person who believes the way he does so I "get it " and loved it!!

  • I love this video. Even though you didn't agree with him you critiqued his video without going on the defense. I think you did a very nice job at fleshing out that guy's point of view. A lot of the other video responses I saw of people who disagreed with him seemed to not understand that it is a poem and that they can't always take a poem for face value. I also agree with your point about not being able to argue religion. Religion is a massive topic and there are so many uncertainties.

  • i agree with you! the poet in the original video wasn't talking about the true religion that passes on good faith but the false religion that is portrayed in our generation today, portrayed by the government, the media, military warfare and for those people who coin the definition of religion into hate. we all know nowadays most politicians use the word religion in order to take advantage of the people in order to create wars or other hidden agendas.

  • @cooler787 well said!

  • "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but will have ever lasting life."John 3:16

Look at this verse, that most would say define Christianity, and notice the verbs: loved, gave, believes.

Jesus came to love and loved us so much he gave his life and he gave his life because he believed I was worth it. He believed you were worth it

He choose to believe that I was worth it, I think the least I can do is love, give, and believe in return.

  • Love what you are saying but those hands are driving me crazy!

  • Wow Great Response thanks for keeping it real and making it plain, wether you agree totally with him or not ,too many people I am sure took what he said out of context, takecare!

  • This is such a great, thought-provoking video! I think you nailed it right on the head. I especially like the statement, "Don't look to the system to understand Jesus, look to Jesus to understand the system." Excellent analysis of the original video, and thank you for posting!

  • I could listen but not watch. Your animated like a preacher and it distracts from what your saying.

  • You got it right dude. People who disagree on that video made by Jeff does not understand what he really is communicating about. Jeff has just a deep understanding and wisdom about God's salvation.

  • i like your video... i agree with you!!!

  • response on my page

  • I thought this was a great response to the video. You did a great job of trying to define the terms he used because as you said, this video is directed at a specific audience who has a different understanding of what those words mean verses the general public. So many of the other responses simplified the conversation way to much and the points he was really trying to make were lost on others. Great job, hopefully more people will view your video to gain a better understanding of the original.

  • Mmmmmm

  • I like coldplay and I like the way you think. Thanks for posting!

  • But it seems to me that a lot of Christians are quick to tell you that you're going to go to Hell.

  • @mosaicglass Your thinking about west baptist christians, sometimes we make jokes about you going to hell other than that no we don't

  • Coldplay is aw....

  • This is one of the best responses to this video so far. It wasn't ignorant and is what debates should be based on. Respect!

  • Religion divide us like language. Everytime we talk about it we end up battleling and we never understand each other... but when we talk about Love, Respect, Tolerance and Acceptance, we do get it!

  • People want so bad to do this on their own. Jesus came and lived a perfect life and did it all!

It is Finished. Repent, believe, & accept that Jesus has paid the way for you.

Religion says do. Jesus says done.

  • @JonnaeIsFierceHoney I wish you and other rigid religionistas could just enjoy your religious life and beliefs and leave other people alone to live their lives. They are no concern of yours. Really. Relax, you don't have to convert the human race. They don't need it. Let "God" take care of them, ok?

  • @Persephone9ish He left them alone, honestly it is ignorant headed people like you that choose to deduce what you want from a simple Youtube comment. He is not trying to convert you or anyone. He posted a simple comment, you either take it in a positive manner or negative

  • after 20 response videos - its nice to see a point of view that felt balanced.

  • Nicely put. Well balanced and thoughtful. Kudos to you.

  • MEN HAVE FREE WILL.. UNLESS THEY GO TO CHURCH. THEN THEY ARE PRESSURED OR TOLD WHAT THEY CAN OR CANNOT DO, ETC. No matter whether it's wrong or a sin or not, Jesus gave us free will and he will deal with us, it is nobody in the church's business what fellow brothers and sisters do. Also, it's trusting in one person, the priest/pastor/etc to tell u what each scripture means and if they are wrong, u will blindly believe them anyway instead of looking it up yourself. That's my opinion on religion.

  • someone that knows what there talking about AMEN!

  • Thank you for making things make sense, lol.

  • I think Jesus & god just want us to love and accept people regardless. Rules are meant to be broken sometimes, and they want us to make our own decisions and live a good life however religious/non-religious you are. Those that look at religion as a rule book are usually the ones that are more confined and aren't very analytical when it comes to interpretation. Nevertheless, my advice is to look at religion spiritually, not as a book of law.

  • @Christian260308 Let me ask you something; am i to burn for all eternity because i dont buy the Christian doctrine? And should that scare me?

  • @jahshuuh Before I answer that, let me ask you which doctrines in particular are you referring to?

  • Hey, those that talk to and ponder on the real God and Jesus Christ understands exactly what the young man is saying. The bible is so true when God says that "my people are destroyed/perish for lack of knowledge". Seek/search for and talk to God he's the one whose asking you to live a holy life. Then you will know what is true and right. Confusion comes from lack of knowledge and mans teaching.

  • continues sides with war mongers, play political games to screw the poor and deny their rights, is deceiving, treacherous, has ill will and ill intended, promotes homophobia, mary young children and so on. These 'religions' with all their despicable historical legacy of atrocities includes ALL THE MAIN RELIGIONS TODAY. None of them is free of atrocities.

  • CHRISTIANITY is not religion!!! it's a relationship w Jesus Christ! Baptists are called Christians, so are Catholics, Mormons, and others.. but no, you're not a Christian until u have a relationship w Jesus Christ!

  • @effyval13 christianity IS religion. BUT it is not based on the interpretation on RELIGION.religion is about rituals and such.. i agree. christianity is mainly about relionship w jesus christ!!

  • @trjamiso right.. yeah, thanks! just because you are a mormon, catholic, or baptist doesn't mean you're a Christian not until u have that personal relationship w Jesus Christ.. that's what'll give u the right to be called a CHRISTIAN =)

  • THE BOTTOM LINE: CONTRADICTION AND INCONGRUENCE IS NOT OF GOD. No one can truly love Jesus, yet hate Jesus' religion. Those who love Jesus, love the religion Jesus lovingly founded and fulfilled.

Holy Scripture, Apostolic Tradition, the Church’s Magisterium as well as well-established Historical records, all confirm that Jesus Christ founded a divine institution which He named the “Church.” Regardless of what they may claim, those who hate Christ's Church, undeniably hate Christ, its Founder.

  • YES IT IS: RELIGION: a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.

    How is that not christianity?

  • @Xveglentil24X Christianty is based on faith in Jesus alone, a person - all the rest that you have described here are just things that follow, btw the moral code in the bible is the Law of Moses which only Jesus fulfilled and on the cross swapped the sins of all who believe for his righteousness; his healing for our diseases, his life for our death

  • @Christian260308 n order to address whether or not christianity is indeed a "religion" we must look to the formal definition of the word. This is necessary so we do not run in to linguistic and semantic errors. So, in this definition we see it saying "a set of beliefs". It also says "especially when considered as the creation of a super human angency or agencies" continued...

  • @Christian260308 Now, Christianity has a set of beliefs. You must believe jesus existed. You must believe he was the son of god. You must believe he died and rose again, etc. And of course this relates to a super human agency. Now in the rest of definition we see that it says that it often contains "ritual observances" and a "moral code" continued...

  • @Xveglentil24X Ok fair enough regarding the beliefs

  • @Christian260308 Christianity has a moral code. It has evolved as having ritual observances (which this poem eludes to. Though those rituals do not Have to be included, so that is irrelevant. But I hope you see that Christianity fits in this precise definition. Now I understand what the author is referring, to, but he should not be making a harsh distinction between christianity and religion because there isn't one, at all.

  • @Xveglentil24X I can also see that we do have a moral code, this would be the Law of Moses. The point is that Christians are not uder that Law but under the new covenant of Grace because Christ was the fulfillment of that Law and became sin so that we would become his righteousness - yes we do have the moral code however so by the defintion used it is a Religion

  • @Xveglentil24X I understand what he was doing... most religions are all about rules, rituals, traditions, while Jesus is the key in Christianity. He died for us and saved us so we choose to believe and live and follow Him. There's a difference

  • CHRISTIANITY ISNT A RELIGON U DUMARSE!!!! ITS A RELATIONSHIP

    A REAL CHRISTIAN KNOWS THAT

RELIGON IS A MAN MADE TERM 2 DESCRIBE THE LORD THATS Y THERE ARE SO MANY RELIGONS OUT THERE IN THE WORLD AN SO MANY DIFFERENT GODS AND SO MANY WARS,BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE GOD OR THEY THINK THERE GOD IS MORE POWERFUL THEN THE NEX!!

    THERE ONLY 1 GOD!!!

  • @wohnerontheradio VERY well done. Your response to this was quite objective yet also unafraid to offer opinons when necessary. I enjoyed it.

  • Religion is a systematic order where you have set values, rules to follow, and a "goal" to fulfill. you meet up with other people once a week, hear someone speak, then go home and mostlikely do nothing else related to that. Christianity is the following of Christ. The living your life with Christ guiding it. Christianity is an everyday thing, not once a week. so BIG DIFFERENCE

  • @cooler787 YES!!!!!!!

  • @cooler787 Churches are houses of worship.

  • I actuly like this guy you cool bro :)

    This guy makes sense

  • I think you did a very good job explaining this video. I agreed with the video and got the way that he defined the terms, but you're right, there are so many ways in which these broad terms are used that it's hard to nail down a single definition. The tough part is convincing people who focus too much on the establishment that "you're doin' it wrong" when it's so apart of their life. If people didn't distort religion or approach it the wrong way, there'd be less hate in the world.

  • thumbs up if he looks gay

  • All those saying that religion is man made, and that jesus came to destroy religion need to read Matthew 16:13-20. FOr in it Jesus says "That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. " Jesus himself built the church, laying the cornerstone upon which his word would be spread by his disciples. So how can you claim that religion is man made when jesus himself laid the foundation?

  • @dragoon13570 I think people mean that a lot of what has been developed and added to that basic foundation is man made. This goes back to the term "religion". I believe Jesus didn't like religion as defined by man at the time but that he wanted to set people on the right path with a new religion, hence the formation of Christianity. The problem is, while we preach Jesus' teachings, we still seem to fall back into our own ignorant ways from before. There are similarities between then and now.

  • I completely agree with this guy. I think the message that the poet sent was point on but that's not something that I would tell the whole world. That's a one on one or small group topic that I would say so I could explain what I actually meant. Because yes, religion is man-made. If it wasn't we wouldn't have catholics, protestants, baptist, penacostals, and all those christan based religions.

  • You, you're good! I'm glad I've watched your video!

  • The word “religion “ is not a “demonization” just a word, so everyone uptight about this poem I believe is because it touch some churches sacred cows: church leaders 2day compare to those in Acts don’t come closes. Jesus did not come to set up a “demonization’s” but to restore the human race back to their creator.

  • bball1989 should have given this explanation with the video to avoid any confusion. I agree with what he was saying because it's so easy to get wrapped up in the ritualistic aspect of Christianity that sometimes you lose sight of Jesus. GScherbs says he disagrees, but gives the same message when he says that we should believe things we've discovered more than things we've been taught. We need to discover Jesus for ourselves instead of relying on others to discover him for us

  • @SuperGoldcross The reason there is no religion in heaven is because there will be no suffering, sickness, or disease there. Religion is a neccesity in this earth. James 1:27. This is not man made. This is God ordained.

  • @rockdtherelentless Tat is not religion from the Christic perspective. The Christic perspective of what religion is comes directly from the text of James 1:27. Jesus did not once address anyone about their "religion". What he did address was their liturgical doctrines. Jesus did not come to destroy or remove religion from the equation. He came and corrrected liturgical doctrine.

  • @dduffey60 No that is not stated to all churches of the word nor to all religions. Learn to exegete.

  • @jahshuuh Check simply of how many people have been reformed because of Jesus, some famous people such as Alice Cooper, Nicky Cruz, Joseph Prince, Mark Driscoll, the lead singer in LZ7, even Justin Bieber. These aren't just common people, these are people who are famous around the world. Take a look also on the prophecies of the world wars in the bible, then call it a delusion - my friend this is deadly serious. There is one solution, faith in Jesus Christ and him Cruxified (this has benefits)

  • It is stated"To all the Churchies of the world"All Religions" I know your faith well; But take Great Offence to thee! It is also stated" You have become a den of snakes and money changers." That neather I nor my Father would reside there." nor with you. For I don't know you. It is stated"Do not make war in my name! For I nor my Father need a worldly army nor commands you to wage war. It is stated to provde for the sick, and love each other and help each other in all things. To live in peace .

  • Man will fail you... Look to Jesus is exactly right!

  • Here are my thoughts... dont bash, just throwing it out there. Religion (in the CHRISTIAN aspect) was when a man had to go to a priest to confess his sins, and on his behalf the priest, would then be your "walkie talkie" to heaven so that you may be forgiven of those sins. When Jesus came, he opened up doors. He told us ALL to come BOLDLY to the throne of God. He came to abolish "religion" by giving us a direct contact to God. Religion was sacrafice. Now were only asked to believe he died 4 us.

  • A christian is a believer of christ or Jesus.

e.g Buddist - Believer of Buddah

    your welcome

  • good video I wish you will break down the Muslim video also blessings to you bro

  • nice video,txs

  • Well done, my friend!

  • I love how you addressed the video "Why I Hate Religion, But Love Jesus || Spoken Word". It is in fact aimed to the people on the inside than outside. I See the video that you made inspiring and helped me understand a side that I had not come to when I watched that video. Thank you so much for making a response to that video and helped open my eyes to understand it a little better. =)

  • @UnaVoceMiami I think what the poet was really trying to say is that he doesn't like what Yashua's teachings turned into: a controlling manipulating institution. That's basically what "religion" is. But many people (especially that hateful AmazingAthiest) don't get that. Jesus didn't come here to create a "religion," he came here to tell the truth, Yahweh's word, and end the end payed a debt he didn't owe, because we owe a debt we can't pay.

  • @j2201987 who tha fuck is ''we'' ? why am i guilty of something simply by being born dude. we got christians telling 5 yr olds to repent , from what ?! he prolly died for the sins of those in his time, but why tha fuck am i cursed simply by being born, maybe i shoulda lost the race as a sperm had i known this.

  • @fhab525 It is simply a case of spiritual genetics, like we wouldn't have been born if it wasn't for our grandparents so we wouldn't have been sinners if it wasn't for Adam - through whom death reigned in the world. But the good news is that our identity of sinner can be taken away and replaced with Righteousness of God through faith in Christ. On the cross, Jesus took our sins and gave us his righteousness; he took our diseases and gave us his healing; he took our death and gave us his life

  • @Christian260308 thats sounds beautiful and all but its still foolish.. what if i dont believe in jesus at all, but i still manage to live a righteous life, dont harm other people, animals or the environment do i still get sent to hell?..i dont believe in anybody who says ''this is the only right path, any other is blasphemy'' ..what if i wanna follow the teachings of the buddah, or become a muslim, there is no such thing as the ''only'' right way, i dont believe in jesus

  • @fhab525 Ok these are all great questions so I am going to give you what is biblical and not what many people may have told you. A Righteous life in the bible refers to perfection (complete fulfillment of the old testament law), and that less than that is imperfect : ''for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God'', but Jesus is the fulfillment of that Law and on the cross gave us that righteousness so that there may be no condemnation

  • @fhab525 It isn't even following Jesus' teachings that make us righteous, the bible says that we ''receive the gift of righteousness'' - that gift was bought at the cost of his blood. You may of heard of the unpardonable sin, that sin is actually the refusal to accept Christ (blasphemy against the holy spirit) - that is the forgiveness of sins

  • @fhab525 Wouldn't it make sense for it to be the only right way if Jesus was the son of God who created the earth and everything in it? Wouldn't that make sense for everything else to be blasphemy? Wouldn't it make sense for you to go to hell if you decide to turn your back on and not believe in Jesus then?

  • @thehassenpheffer Let's not confuse fhab525 brother, let's tell him 100% of the Grace of God that came through Christ Jesus - keep all of our speaking on him, not us (remember ''faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God'' - the word God in this verse better translates to Christ). Let us then speak of Christ, not unbelief

  • @thehassenpheffer thats the thing, i respect your belief and have nothing agaisnt jesus, but all i want is the same respect back when i say i dont believe in him or that he even existed. by ur logic simply by me not putting faith in jesus is enough to send me to hell for eternity, but there are many people who follow him who are murderers, do they get a pass into heaven just cuz they believe..hitler was a christian

  • @fhab525 Ohhhh man I love that last statement. An even better example than Hitler, would be Charles Manson. He claimed to be Jesus, and led many people to kill others.

  • G.A.Y

  • I think the poet is trying to show us the abuse of religion and how more and more nowadays it's used by the so called "fathers" to accumulate material things for them self. And how the "churches" more and more forget to teach you how to be a better man and spiritually free. That's why he says hospital for the broken - you PAY to HIDE your sins... You don't need to go to church to be a true christian, god is everywhere and always with you.

  • Thou shall not murder, steal, lie, commit adultery, etc...these are some commandments from God in the Holy Bible...do you consider this to be 'religious' or following what is 'correct'? I think 'religion' is a label, and people perceive it to be 'war', because they only are depicting that from false religions to start with, which are the ones that cause war because the devil made them up to turn people away from the ACTUAL preaching of God.

  • Comment removed

  • I believe religion is the expression of spirituality. We have traditions and rituals because they express our faith in the Lord. For example, in the Catholic faith, we make the Sign of the Cross with holy water (water that has been blessed by a priest) because it reminds us of our baptism, which washed away our original sin and personal sins. Jesus didn't preach against traditions in and of themselves. He preached against hypocrisy. Our expressions of Christianity should come from our heart.

  • No debate, a christian is a follower of Christ. Simple as that.

  • @sevonate9 agreed

  • @sevonate9 way to say it :)

  • I like your point you make a little after 6 minutes. I believe God looks at the inside of the cup rather than the outside. Religion can be used as a show to decorate the outside of the cup, but you could be filled with out of date, sour, and chunky milk. I don't like the Christian title because of Christianity's past, and some are quick to judge if you don't do what they do, but I believe that God cares about the choices, actions, and opinions of us. Not what we say, but rather what we do

  • @jollyred09 God cares on our faith in Jesus, he is after right believing not right doing - ''without faith it is impossible to please God'', ''Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of Christ'', my sibling in Christ read the Gospels again when people had faith they were healed; they weren't healed for any good work or obedience to the law but by faith in the Grace in Jesus. Remember we are under Grace where God has given us everything and not the Law because of the cruxification, :)

  • @Christian260308 Totally agree with you sir. And faith in Him can be shown and portrayed, but if it's just a facade, God can totally see through that, but most people can't. And His grace alone is a display of His incredible, undefinable and unconditional love.

  • @jollyred09 Absolutely :) have you heard of Joseph Prince? He's an amzing preacher of Grace, and has helped me to see more of what our identity is when we accept Christ - and it is more than only child of God, although that is the most amazing part of our identity. Take a look at his videos on here :)

  • did u say coldplay at the end? lol just curious..loved the vid btw :) I agree

  • you atheist mother fuckers can go pray to a rock.

  • @BboyBboy4life Christians are so peaceful!

  • @blind999 dude get out shut up, you keep trying to start a bunch of crap with christians its not worth time to anybody.

  • @codyjt5150 I'm not trying to start anything. You, however, are getting a little too defensive over a sarcastic comment I made.. Jesus wouldn't have wanted you to do that.

  • @blind999 Yep, true people and followers of Christ are peaceful indeed. The devil has brainwashed them, and led them to believe there is no God, and they believe God has bad ways through false religion and false idols. This is not the real interpretation of God. Only the Holy Bible explains it all the way it should, thus why it is called 'Holy'. We need to not believe the devil's lies! Please don't! This world is evil!

  • @ItsSoMe2011 lolwat

  • @BboyBboy4life woah....are you a christian?

  • And btw no matter what definitions he is using he is wrong, because even if he told you all the definitions he was using and even if you accepted it all, none of what he said makes any sense and it contradicts himself.

  • Not sure what he is even calling religion since he contradicts himself. He calls the church and religion all kinds of terrible things, and yet also says he loves the church. Exactly what does he think we should take away so its not religion anymore? Exactly what is it that makes it religion, while HIS church (presumably) worshipping a supernatural being, believing that they have a supernatural curse on them and believing when they die they will go to a heaven or hell is somehow not a religion.

  • well said buddy

  • I am not very certain about different religions. This is because it makes the world apart. I wish we could just all come together and forget about things. The world won't be in war again. It would be a peaceful atmosphere. Now i'm christian but I love Jesus. I don't get why people make such a fuss about other religions. Why can't we come together?

  • I LOVE JESUS! HE IS SOO PURE!

  • What he was trying to say, is that Jesus is not of 'war'. False religions cause war! Jesus is good, false religion is bad. Full stop! Why complicate things??

  • @ItsSoMe2011 Religion is bad, it´s not the dark ages. Just wake the fuck up, and stop beliving in fairy tales.

  • JESUS IS THE WAY! Don't let the devil's lies deceive you, Jesus is the only way to truth. The original video was spot on.

  • @ItsSoMe2011 Amen!I totally agree. That's the problem people want to add and take away.JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY!!

  • Christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship.

  • @MinecraftMr1996 AMEN.

  • @MinecraftMr1996 you can say the same about islam, budhism, hindusim and judaism.

Basicly every religion with a god. If you want to be a christian, dont be ignorant.

  • @MinecraftMr1996

And so claim the Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, Hindus, and so on.
