Vanderbilt University PD (Nashville, TN). They're fully-commissioned officers, go through the same training as Metro Nashville PD, and are a great department.

my freind got pulled over for

1 expired licence plate and

2 speeding around 51 in a 40

both were just warnings but he would have gotten a ticket on 2 but it was a major holiday

exactly. it doesn't matter if itz a holiday.. he should of given him a ticket for the expired license...but going 51 in a 40 isn't a big deal.

@21seant i know this was a long time ago, but

wow, i dont ussally see people complaining that the officer DID NOT give him a ticket. just goes to show, no matter what people like to complain.
