i read the book by chance(a friend e-mailed it to me) and stopped for 3 days, then started again....for another 4 months. but now i am not smoking for 3 weeks and am sure that i will never start again!

I can tell you flat out. This works. I don't know why but it does. I am SO glad I listened to his book. I did it over and over for about 3 months, but I have stopped for 1 year 6 months after smoking 30 years (pack and a half a day). GET the CDs or Book. It works.

Thank you God for Allen Carr!! I wasn't seriously planning to stop, but ordered his book off the internet for the price of a packet of fags, read it, thought "what am I getting out of this cigarette" as I puffed away, and a promptly gave up. I know it sounds too good to be true, but try it...what have you got to loose????

I think just reading his website and watching the stuff on YouTube is enough for me to stop. I've been trying a lot this year, I just turned 30. I'm going to try to find that equilibrium and accept my non-smoking self. I have a pack here, but I promise it to be my last. I also will stop using those confounded nicotine lozenges!

Allen Carr was a genius, I've was trying all sort of different methods to quit for years but his easyway method was the only way for me. After reading the book, I stopped immediately and had no withdrawal pains at all!!! Highly recommended!
