Would it be better if you made the augmentor more like a nozzle so it sped up the afterburners exhaust?

Reworking the afterburner at the moment, will be using more of a ramjet configuration!

I can feel some thrust change there, it is only an augmentor with a flame holder so it is not really designed to produce thrust.I will look into a better design like a sub sonic ramjet or something.
