GM Never used the 327 in the SS Camaro. 350 or 396, Thats it.

yes that is true they never were badged as an ss car. but in 67 and 68 chevy built a combo called L30/M20. what happened is when someone bought a 275hp 327 with a 4 speed the factory saw this as a performance car. instead of the 10 bolt mono leaf this car got the ss 12 bolt and multi leaf springs. they also all of the ss 350 suspenison. also in 68 only these odd balls were equipped with a vette porpotioning valve which this car still has.
