I used to have one of these but sold it on ebay. It was really warm sounding...but, it sounds almost like predator!

Had an ESQ-1 & sold it... The ONLY thing I don't absolutely miss about it was the WEIGHT (it weighed a TON lol)... This reminded me of how much I miss that board... Gotta grab one of these next... Thanks for the post!!!!

Wow, excellent sounds! I've got an ESQ-M, but I haven't got anything as awesome as some of those patches. Do you have a link to some of your patch sources?

The ESQ-1/-m and the SQ-80 are great and very flexible synths. They cover almost anything from sharp Moog leads to warm Oberheim pads and even additive stuff (Fairlight CMI, Kawai K5) or FM-like sounds (Yamaha DX series). Much value for the money.
