Thanks for the video. I think I needed to be reminded of how I should be eating. It's hard on the road to eat healthy, but at least I have a jump start on most truckers.
There are so darn many thoughts on how to eat, I tend to believe it is better to not eat so often. I am finally able to eat one meal a day and loving it. I think it is best to give the body a break from digestion. Right now it works for me, it took me almost 2 years to get here.
It is a shame what is put in formula and food in general.
I am so glad you are eating as healthy as you can and not eat processed foods. Congratulations. Education is marvelous. Keep it up!!

Oh my gosh are you sure that formula has MSG in it? That sounds horrible. Shame on the FDA.

i have recently started trying to eat less and less processed and i'm hard pressed to find foods that are truly healthy and untouched.

The worst is that once we buy them we say...geeez...now I am just going to have to eat them since I bought them ( my favorite excuse).
As for my daughter...never, never...processed foods.
We gave up on any formula since she was one year.
These people, those who produce all these foods would kill us without any regrets !
OMG Brenda...killing people is legal in most of the countries!
