Actually, for this song "Humiliative" they use a seven string tuned to A sharp standard, so it's actually not that hard to set up a six string guitar for such a tuning. Also, Meshuggah only uses 8 string guitars on their more recent albums.

Its the same principle you knob. Match the tuning with your spring tension and String guage and you wont have any problems. only an ammature would comment something like that...only a dork who spends 40 bucks on getting his floyd Set up. learn to do it yourself and you can tune to whatever!
