  • how on should stay in a posture and do think by yoga posture u can also atain imotional health and contorl on ur life ,...so why u think like that ? do have some expriances

  • I love watching all your videos. After being in tripod head stand, how do you get your head up off the ground? I can get myself up & even do padmasana in tripod, but cannot seem to be able to get my head off the ground.

  • Amazing set! I want to be able to do the leg stretches while laying on one's back. Where do you concentrate your stretch? in your hips? hamstrings?

  • First in the hips, then the harmstring...

  • when you do head stands are you supporting your weight primarily through your head or your arms, if it is through your head how do you prevent neck injury

  • The weight is primarily on the head, the neck becomes quiet strong by training everyday on it but start slowly and do not force... that's the key to prevent injury. most injuries come from rushing into too difficult positions.
