I love watching all your videos. After being in tripod head stand, how do you get your head up off the ground? I can get myself up & even do padmasana in tripod, but cannot seem to be able to get my head off the ground.
when you do head stands are you supporting your weight primarily through your head or your arms, if it is through your head how do you prevent neck injury
The weight is primarily on the head, the neck becomes quiet strong by training everyday on it but start slowly and do not force... that's the key to prevent injury. most injuries come from rushing into too difficult positions.
