Actually it was, but it was called "Twin Buster" and the only way to get it was by completing all 36 Global Samaritan Campaigns lol.

oops. deleted a comment by accident. if by some odd chance, you'll catch this, it's because momo and shion is considered one character. momo is the long range attacker while shion is the close range.

Eh, I assumed it was the final one as Sya was there. Then again I suppose both Arisu and Xiaomu would be there for the final battle.

It seems the dual buster is mainly just KOS MOS' X Buster charged up with Shions energy.

The clip seems to be during the final battle I think, since that looks like Sya, Namco x Capcoms vilain.

btw.. the game would really suck if it was the final battle as i am only 10-12 hours into the game.
