This sounds nothing like Passing Me By, apart from the fact that it's got the classic sample from Summer in the City by Quincy Jones. It doesn't even have any of the vocals from the song.
But I like it. It's got vibe and funk and bassline. The dude's Jungle Brother remix was phenomenal.

This tune is actually called Rinsing Quince. I'm guessing it's become known as a remix of Passing Me By because both share the same sample from Quincy Jones' Summer in the City.
And much as it's name suggests, this tune was seriously rinsed out back in the day! Pure memories.
