I agree with @fluppocinonys- You need a better camera and I have yet to see a good side-by-side comparison of results. Photographs or high-res videos say it best. Don't make us swim through your old videos just to get an idea of how you used to look like!
Let me give you a rule of thumb sir, when doing a video for skin-related product, you should always avoid 360p. You're running a business aren't you? Can't you afford at least a 480 or 720p recorder, what year is it? Or are you trying to make your scars look more obscure?
10 months of treatments and yet I can still vaguely see those scars in your face in a low-quality video. I wonder how you look like under direct lighting.
