How many things are wrong with this shot? It's underdosed and yet still underextracted; the crema sucks; it's too watery, too thin, and too light. The list is endless . . . (sigh) Just confirms my prior thoughts: whenever someone says that THIS is the best, it's best to run the other way . .. .

I can't make an espresso worth a shit and I've had better crema. Kiss you're ass? Noone wants to come within 100 yards of you let alone get that close to you're ass. I wouldnt touch that espresso with a 50 foot pole, especialy sence you're within 100 yards of it.

Sry but that coffee is underextracted... Try setting the grind a bit finer, pack the coffee tighter and also make sure you get all the grind that is still along the edges of the handle.

Wow, even I, a 16 year old know that was NOT a perfect shot of espresso. It looked to thin, and it was too quick. They told me at work that a good shot should take about 22-25 seconds. The crema should look rusty-brown and creamy, not pale and bubbly. Practice makes perfect though!

Anyways, you didn't distribute the grind around the porta-filter before compressing it. . . like a wimp. Also it seems your grind was too course because that 20 second pull almost entirely filled that coffee cup. There are many things wrong with this. . .

Best espresso in the world? I don't think so....crema was way to light, and your shot flowed way to fast (a.k.a a gusher). The flow should start somewhere between 5-7 seconds after you activate the pump.

Shot flowed way too fast. Adjust your grind and use fresh roasted coffee. There shouldn't be any bubbles in the coffee.

ok sreweb. i know there's a lot of haters/trolls on youtube. this however is not the case with your videos. listen to the unanimous opinion, which is that you don't know how to make good coffee. nothing to be ashamed of, but it just makes you look silly when you go around saying it's the best. why else would you get 2 stars when other coffee vids get 5? if you are really passionate about coffee then you should learn how to take constructive criticism.
