wow that wedding was beautiful i loved watching it. I am Amarican but my fiance is Indian so we are having a Hindu wedding and i've never been to one it looks like fun!
"hindu" wedding ceremonies can be VERY different, depending on which region of India they happen. Eg. a traditional kashmiri hindu wedding would have very little in common with a punjabi hindu wedding, let alone a south indian wedding.
I hope you don't mind me asking but, do you know of a book or a website that explains the different kinds of hindu or Indian wedding ceremonies? I can't seem to find that information. I usually find info. on the hindu wedding you see in this video and in Bollywood films. So I didn't know the wedding ceremony varied from region to region. Thanks alot.
