For some reason, the mouse seems to get fucked up. I can't control the camera-angle,(but my mouse works perfectly, as I can tell when I fuck around on the menu) and I can't even fire a weapn.

There must be plenty of installation guides for San Andreas Multiplayer, so you can check them how to install, but it is simple installation: Open SA-MP installer, then you just browse your installation folder of San andreas and hit ok.
