Oh how the memorys just come flooding back, to the extent i was sure the game would actually start at 0:59 ; )

Apart from the Punitive "Population Limit" this was unmatched in it's time, & great to play (i say that dispite being the subject of a fair few defeats ; )

I actually dont want a remake like every one is saying, I think the new 3d graphix would ruin it. I enjoy playing a game that doesnt put to much stress in your eyes with tons of pixles and models. Love the game as it is.

Age of Empries II is probably my most favorite because it was just simple yet addictive as hell. I love playing it online with my friends, whenever we eliminate the AI we turn on each other and see who will be last man standing lol

aoe 3 isnt as good as these,i wish they'd make one in the medival timeline with theee same grahpics they used in aoe 2 and 1

AOE 3 is Epic you get a LOT of cannons and kill them off with the cannon.

Well Rome Total War kinda just blew this out of the proverbial ballpark, so i don't think they'll be remaking this, and if AoE4 goes WWII they're gonna have to be better then company of heroes, and thats not easy.

Sometimes I like to think that AoM was a remake of the first game, but with fantasy added in. It's probably just because there'll never be a real AoE 1 remake =(
