I just made this dish. I can't believe how incredibly delicious it was. OMG, I was in heaven. Thank you so much!!! I added way more garlic (9 toes) into the sauce at the end and used smoked tempeh. It was amazing.*Gratitude* : )

The sauce seems good! Just a question: why don't you use spaghetti? they are not made with animal origin ingredients: only flour and water!
