I wish I had a part to play in these movies apart from the first trilogy I completely saw in theaters. I cant thank Peter Jackson enough for bringing these movies to the big screen..... I just watched the trilogy this week, it seems like only a short time ago this movie was made, time moves so quickly. I love the messages in this movie i hope people picked up on them, especially our politicians who are always chasing the ring of power and have yet to understood that life is more than wealth and power. In the end they will know and so will we all.

I actually thought the theatrical version of Return of the King was the best version. The extended version was way too long and had scenes that didn't really need to be there. The only scene really worth seeing in the EE of ROTK was the Sauruman scene.
