  • Great video! But I can't do the mouth on the siphon thing...well, I could but I won't. I'm too afraid I'd contaminate it and see all that go to ruin. However, I've seen lots of folks do it. However, I guess if your wine has an alcohol above 11%, you're pretty safe.
