pitsea is full of very chalenging places to train at. this is a very old vid of our abilitys but tbh we dnt train any more u should watch our last pk vid which is on my channel i used to go chalvey lol

some good clips and some bad clips, my one suggestion to you is to run full speed through all your moves, go all out at them and it will look a lot better.
