@yanggurl14 I am not sure that I completely understand the question. The cash back applies to your purchase but not to the shipping portion. Ebates is independent of internet retailers. If you find a free shipping coupon on the site, then it is a coupon offered by the retailer, and should be applied during checkout. Whatevever you pay during checkout is the amount you pay to the retailer. Ebates should credit your Ebates account with the expressed % of your purchase a few days later. Good luck!

You link to your desired retailer through Ebates in order to receive cash back after your purchases. It is similar to a rewards card that a bank would offer you. "Rewards" or in this case, "CashBack," is credited to your account after your purchases are made through the site. Good luck!

OK i singed up and it said i was going to get a gift card. Do i get it in the mail or what because i cant use it online.

If you chose a gift card upon sign up, when you make a qualifying purchase by clicking through eBates, the gift card will be mailed to you. Just make sure you provide them with a shipping address. I received a $10 Home Depot gift card. Good luck!
