  • I appreciate all the effort you are taking to do this...I am planning for knee surgery and I REALLY appreciate this!

  • i had knee replacement a month ago. i am not on pain meds anymore and had my last rehab appt today. i was scared that it would take forever because i have type 2 diabetes, im overweight and 56.

whoever did this knee surgery didnt do a very nice job. i didnt have all those scabs. did this guy even shower? anyway the doc said it would be a year until i felt totally normal. i just know my knee doesnt hurt anymore. good luck to all of you. for those who can sleep take some Avil PM at bedtime.

  • i wish i saw this video before i got my surgery it is very painful through out do not let peoplemake u think everything is good it is hardto do theapy is the worst the pain is horrible i am 37 yrsold and i regret gatting it done sorry had to be honest

  • I had my knee replaced 7 weeks ago. I am doing fairly well and pushing my self, but when did your pain subside before you got a good nights sleep without pain killers? I get sore after being up on it after 4-5 hours a day. Just wondering how long before I get good nights sleep and pretty much pain free.

  • @1966eja sorry its been a yr. for me and i am just getting off the pain meds my sleep pattern has not returned and when the weather change you will know it ....i still have pain time to time but it is bareable

  • Peeling scabs.......AWSOME!

  • how r u doing now?

  • Would you care to make a short clip maybe of how you're knee is looking and what if any your limitations are? I'd like to know if there are things you can do comfortably now than before your surgery and if there are any things that you used to do that you can't now. I'd like to know also if you felt weak in your quad before the surgery and if you wouldn't mind sharing why you were a candidate for a tkr. Sorry for all the questions, I'm trying my best to make a decision on what's best for me.

  • The electrical activity he did was not TENS, it was Functional Electrical Stimulator

  • how many days after surgery did they perform this physical therapy ?

  • do you think tha that exrcises for sensory intergration are important at day 2 after total kne replacement???

  • @teozigi I think when it comes to sensory information and "integration" that started the very next day after surgery when they had me walk with a walker.

  • I need a total knee replacement and am very curious about what it all entails. Thank you so much for posting this. I found this very helpful! I hope you are doing well with your new knee! Thanks & God Bless!

  • thanks for posting this.
