the theory is really good but facts from cod 5 zombies show that Dr maxis and Dr Richtofen were trying out the Teleporter and decided to put fluffy in there as all the human subjects turned into zombies, when they had finished samantha came looking for fluffy and ran to it but Dr maxis saw it was mutated and ran after her which is when Dr richtofen locked the door with fluffy mutated and Dr maxis un-armed with Samantha. Samantha's spirit stayed at der reise which is why you can hear her.

@Peoples678 i have one problem with your theory the ray gun was not created by Richtofen it is an alien weapon this is seen in the second mission in Call of Duty: World at War "Little Resistance" . When you get on the beach you go to the right step in to a puddle after that work you way right and step in to each puddle you see and on the last puddle wait inside of it for about 30 seconds and four statue rise from the ground the ray gun is found in the statue mouth if nothing happen try it again.

Samantha came back as a kind of Zombie/Ghost with two forms. It's wrong ritchofen was testing to see if animals could go through the teleporter so he used samanthas dog fluffy.
