If Roosevelt gave them their land back it would just be a small area of land compared to how ridiculously vast America is, it would have been nothing. The reason they didn't is because they hated the Indians as a people. Even to this day many Indians are living in despair. @X9Intelectual 'Apache' is a Navajo word meaning 'the ancient enemies' - 'Geronimo' is the name given to Gokalay of the Chiricahua Apaches by the mexicans who would often throw down their guns and pray to St. Gerome at the moment Geronimo and his warriors were about to kill them. Don't know what your point is, but burrito, taco, and tequila are definitely proof of the influence of the Spanish language.

Once again, if you simply cracked a book and read some history, you wouldn't look like such a fool. This is like saying that the Mexican government supported the Iranians in Texas. The Apache were native to New Mexico, Arizona, and northern Mexico. An Apache IS NOT someone LIKE Pancho Villa and Zapata. An Apache is a member of one of the indegenous tribes speaking the Apache language. Obviously I know a lot more about Apaches than you do.

I have studied American Indians extensively and I have Cherokee blood (that's INDIAN.) I also know Pancho Villa wasn't Apache nor were mexican nationals (1 spoke Apache, the other Spanish.) I also fully support Arizonas laws protecting their borders from illegals. If you love Mexico so much - stay there.

@X9Intelectual You should try to read a book. Try 'Geronimo, in his own words' or 'the first 100 years of Nino Cochise'. These are books written by Apaches. Geronimo despised Mexicans because they murdered his mother, wife, and children while the men were discussing a peace treaty with the Mexicans. Also the Mexican army didn't really fight the USA, they retreated backwards and were defeated in every battle after Alamo even though they outnumbered US army. It's in books - it's called history.
