  • imo easily in the top 5 'hooks' alltime e-a-s-i-l-y

  • Tommy Aldridge was still the best drummer Pat ever had!!!!

  • I used to love this record when I first got it 30 years ago. This is one of the best album cover, and back covers ever- a prime example of what the new generation is missing out on with CDs and downloads

  • @DSherinian1111 this is also one of the best album front/back i pick of all time .....you got the job...

  • One of the best seventies albums, and hardly anyone knows about it. Oh well, at least I do.

  • Great opener from a superb album. Travers knows how to kick ass when it comes to rock. Superb guitarist and a great band behind him.

  • This album and his Live album were his best by far. One tight ass sound. Maybe a bit odd but the top three bands to kick ass like this were all trio bands, Pat Travers-Frank Marino-Robin Trower. I guess with all that talent laying down the licks they didn't need no guitar rhythm guitar. And so many thanks to you guys for blowing our minds back in the greastet music time in history the 70's.

  • ... i have this L P ... i also have Captain Beyond"s "Sufficiently Breathless" ... two great records !

  • This entire album is fantastic and very tight. Pat's vocals on this song and other songs reminds me of listening to a band from the past called, Captian Beyond. I highly recomend listening to them too.

  • he's great, i remem when this album came out - some kid was spinning it in his black light poster bedroom, we were in awe!

  • my fave PT tune along with Makin Magic!

  • And on the worst day of My life......I Pray that Pat Travers Is Somewhere to be found, Just To Make It Bareable!!

  • I saw Pat Travers at day on the green Oakland California in 1977, I was 14 n he kiked ass! was any one else there besides me? Ty,San Mateo?

  • @goodluck920 kicked

  • @goodluck920 i dont think pt was at day on the green in 77, he may have been but i know he was there in 78 with aerosmith, van halen, acdc, and i think foreigner was the 5th band...... i saw zepp, derringer, and judas priest in 77 at day on the green, also skynyrd and frampton, but i didnt go to that one....

  • I like this music TY!

  • One of my top favorite albums of all time, right up there with Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs, Jimi Hendrix - Axis: Bold As Love, Allman Brothers - Live At The Fillmore, Albert King - Funky London, Johnny Winter - Still Alive And Well,....I think you get the point...

  • @Mojolightnin Do I ever get the point because I would have listed those same albums although I was a huge Deep Purple fan. This means you are a guitarist as I am ;oh yes let's not forget Walter Rossi

  • @tindallpe Yes, that's right, I am a guitarist, and a bassist too as needed. Deep Purple, hell yeah, right up there, also one of my favorites. I listed those albums, because I believe they really had an influence on me and my playing style (wishful thinking).

  • one thing about pt, he is a relentless tourer! to me this is one of the top 5 of his songs, i saw him at a bowling alley bar here in pensacola about 2 yrs ago, he is still as great as always! i saw him headline over def leppard (their 1st us tour) back in the day rock on pat, you are the best!

  • This was the opening song last night in Santa Clara. Pat and his band put on an incredible performance.

  • A fantastic song. I will see Pat play tomorrow night here in Santa Clara, Ca.

Thank you for posting this song.

  • Future Iron Maiden legend Nicko McBrain played drums on this LP.Its one of my all time favs, both when it was new in 1977 & still 33 yrs later.

  • @onecelticwarrior wow i didnt know Nicko McBrain played drums on this album you learn something new everyday.... agreed a great album forsure..

  • @onecelticwarrior

Sorry but Tommy Aldridge played the drums on this album.Nicko left the band in 1976 and was replaced by Clive Edwards who was replaced by Tommy.

  • @cosmowoorle

I've had the original LP for over 30 yrs & there's a band photo on inside sleeve with Nicko & also it lists him as the drummer.

  • @cosmowoorle Nicko's name is listed on the credits, on the vinyl album I have had since it first came out...

  • @onecelticwarrior McBrain comes up with some unique drum patterns on this. I too heard this back in '77 and was never the same.

  • @onecelticwarrior yeah seen it !!! kool stuff ...also got some very old judas priest same venue!!

  • Please post the album darlin. Thanks, I was psyched to find this on the first try!
