Anyone saying this game didn't scare them probably had their inventory littered with med packs and ammo while playing on medium so you can handle like 10 hits before even having to use a med pack. Go ahead and try it on impossible or even hard. The enemies cut through you like nothing, 1 hit kills. Makes you think more about each next encounter. Definately adds a LOT of fear factor when your trying to get through at a good speed. IMO

@Mattlock99 I totally agree, man. Probably the most disturbing/terrifying moment for me during my week-long first playthrough of this game was during the first level. There's a part where you take a right turn into a short corridor and when you walk towards the door, you see a shadow run by on the floor, projected from the light in the previous hallway. The music goes completely silent, and for 3 minutes I stood there, waiting for it to come back and jump at me.
