Filmed at Blist Hill museum, Ironbridge, Telford, Shropshire
I met Colin Baker there once ( and Deborah Watling) he was incredibly polite despite being with another group.
He graciously signed my son's autograph, even though he said Sylvester McCoy was his favourite Doctor. Colin Baker is a lovely man who has a genuine affection for a programme on which he was sorely mistreated.
What was the all about? And, time distortion...are they suppose to be in the present or are they in a different time? I assume this is the Dr. Who in the patched multi-coloured jacket. I thought David Tennant was Dr. Who? I liked "Casanova" with David Tennant and Peter O'toole; how I got to here...are there many different Dr. Who's or are they like James Bond, different actors same person?
Its The Doctor, Doctor Who is the name of the show, I am sick of people making that mistake. There are eleven actors who have played the Doctor, in this its Colin Baker the 6th doctor. Matt Smith currently plays the Doctor.
@DoctorWhoCenter2010 I find it infuriating, its mostly americans and tv presenters who do it, like when the actors are on tv talking and promoting the show a little fire of anger ignites inside me, you wouldn't know it to look at me. You'd think people would know by now, 47 years c'mon people.
I have to disagree. Each Doctor should be judged on their own merits. I was brought up on Tom's Doctor, but now if found a liking for Patrick's portrail (nust be old age? lol).Personally i think Colin's tenure was mared by the antics of the BBC at the time. Credit where credit is due
Perhaps, that is true with Colins doctor, I remember him saying in an interview that he hated the wardrobe that he was given for the 6th Doctor. Everyone has their favorties and we all like some more than others. The 4th Doctor was my first and had been my #1 until David took the role. I guess it doesn't hurt to be a big fan of the show since childhood like David Tennant when portraying the Doctor. :)
I love the 6th Doctor, easily my favourite from all of the classic ones.

Hey, I found a mistake, there are three men attacking the Doctor and at 2:24 a man falls down the hole but at 2:36 there are three men again

Love how most of this story was shot on film- looks much more realistic than other Who episodes.
