@KieranBurke1 I know this comment is two years old but I will reply anyway. They have a song called 'Hurricane Party' that mentions tootsie rolls.  It is perfectly acceptable and expected that the audience throw tootsie rolls at the line in the song that mentions them. Once the song is done, throwing tootsie rolls should be too. This song probably came right after Hurricane Party and idiots were still throwing them.
