Hi there.. I have a problem and I'm hoping you can help... I can film in either 4:3 or 16:9... If I film in 4:3 I get full screen but if I publish it in 720 or 1080 HD it comes out super small with black lines around it... yet if I film in 16:9 and publish in HD I get a smushed image with black lines.

No. Vista was just a crappy operating system that sold poorly so, they had to revise it.
