  • Hi! I also have a Canon 514 XL-S. I've just bought a Tri-x film, do you know if there is a way to use it with the right exposition? Because both the camera and the Tri-x film support 160 ASA...so it should be ok if I put the cartridge with the filter switch set on the "bulb" instead of the "sun"... Can you help me?

  • @TurciEnrico Hi - for shooting with Tri-X you'll need to leave the filter on 'sun' to get the 160 ASA exposure. If you move it to the 'bulb' position it will be exposed as 100 ASA and therefore overexposed.

  • @Caspersdaddy Oh, thank you... I was going to do the wrong thing!

  • Pardon my boast but Casper is another Steve Jobs in the making; look at how intelligent Casper is, helping with meal prep and giving that direct eye contact. We will all be expecting big things from Casper in the future; thanks a million for sharing, give cute Casper a big hug for me.

  • @KojiRecords Thanks KojiRecords! Yes he is a smart kid - you know he has shot his own super 8 documentary! Will do - give him hugs all the time!

  • Lovely footage! Exposure looks fab! I loooove filming in snow

  • Cool! :)

  • Cool! :) Original B/W Film or digital monochrome effect?

  • Hi!
