Thanks DreamBodyin2012, I got some Atkins milk chocolate shakes and Special K's K20 Protein water which have 5g of protein per bottle, that one kills two birds with one stone! I'm gonna get this protein in damn it! lol
did u try the atkins shakes theyre like 15 grams of protein some of them and then i also like premier protein shakes too. good luck hun getting your liquids in.
