feed it something like fruit such as canalope,melons, and bananas. they can eat pizza and ice cream for a meal but not cabbage... its kinda werd but its true (-_-).

@SachTard In a tight spot they'll eat almost anything, but it isn't exactly good for them ... maybe some forms of bugs are, but they not easy to keep and expensive to order by mail. Definitely stick with a vegetarian diet.

too true- I did enjoy this. I used to have two of these guys.. I was pretty young at that time, and my dad made a cage out of mesh wiring and long, posts of wood. just stapled it. It was nice though.. I really like the fact that you can feed them veggies a lot of the time..

iguanas are so cool and if you live in south carolina is it good to have them cause they frezz out side.if you have them out side in the winter or summer and you have a heater out there will they still freez.but the cage is cealed up.please write back cause i need to know
