i left beijing early 2001, i remember my dad and i arriving at the airport after relatives dropping us off and we only walked to the terminal where the plane was... just this year april 2010 i went back to beijing for the first time. and by myself. after i got off the plane coming from jfk nyc, i had to take a train to switch terminals and leave the airport... the airport was no where near i remembered! it was like at least 5 times bigger and it was definitely bigger than jfk.
