this is just the way i feel about my horse she is more then that she is my sister and now she is dieing and its killing me inside because i know that i will never get over it and there will be other horses but this love is never replaced :) also my horse helped me through one of the toughest years of my life if she wasn't there would i have made it through? i am glad i never had to find out :) i love you consuela <3 (btw my horse is dieing from old age just thought i would let you know)

I think this is lovely, and your feelings about connecting with a horse (or a dog or cat, or any pet that we love) are true and are shared by many, many of us. Don't let it bother you that some folks don't understand these feelings. I am a Christian, and I have often felt that God has shown love for me through the gentle companionship of the animals in my life. Your video is lovely and much appreciated.

I have a rescued black tobiano 4 year old gelding by Madrick. He is wonderful. I found you by looking for information about the linage :-) I too ride and horse camp with my club and friends, mostly out of Bend on the Pacfic Crest Trail. How about those mountain bikers! Especially the ones with Ipods ... we also had 3 dogs attack the horses around Lava Lake area -- owners stood around and then yelled at us "not to kick or hurt the dogs"! Never any concern for us or horses. :-(

I got her after my brother, Wayne, was killed in service in 1964. They all provided the healing I needed to go forward. But Dale was my horse and the love of my life. Today i had to put down my beloved horse Cruzzader after he developed a cancerous heart tumor. Afterwards i was talking to my friend when she sent me this video and it reminded me of all that he did for me. He made me a better person and gave me so much tht i wouldnt of had accuired on my own.

I HATE when people try to tell me that horseback riding isnt a sport. they just dont know what theyre talking about. its in the olympics. why does it take so much to acomplish something so little. if they want something easy i mean they should go play football because horseback rinding is only for the chosen few. not just everybody has what it takes to be a rider. It takes comittment, soul,love, strength, agility, the mind set to me a great rider, stamina, attitude, and much more to be a rider.

I will have a horse who has done so much for me have to be put down sometime soon and this video just did so much for me for me. It says it all. I have had this horse for 20 years and she field trialed with me all that time. She will not make it through the winter, so I want to thank you for this memory...

Unbridled??? What part was unbridled?? Too much metal in the form of bits and spurs for my liking. The text was wonderful and so was the music. Horses are such forgiving and kind animals. We should feel grateful for their acceptance of we humans.

and..STOP THE ROUNDUP US wild Mustangs are being run off the land and driven to extinction to make way for BP pipelines and sheep and cows. BLM removed all but 500 in the Twin Peaks roundup. Why, they are alloted 180,000 acres! BLM LIE about their condition. Foals screamed for 3 days and 4 dropped dead. I say leave them alone, stop breeding and showing etc. Let them be horses, not toys for humans.

All my life I have tried to explain to people how much horses mean to me ... you've said it better than I ever could. THANK YOU!!! I cried with joy for the horses I have, with sorrow for those that are gone, and will hope for the years ahead and horses I haven't meat yet in my future. God truly blessed us with these magnificent animals as partners.

Even though it's 109 degres out side, I'm going to see my horse give him treats and let him know I love him! Jake my horse will do great in da show next wekend and I know I can count on that! If not that who cares? I'm lucky to have a horse who knows me who loves me. I'm lucky to HAVE a horse! Truly tuching! Thank you for letting people know it's not JUST a horse!
