The body pains can be controlled with fruit and veggie juicing just research the produce before you juice them some could affect your thyroid. My wife takes blood thinners so veggies like cale act as a blood thickener so research what you juice. Hydration threw juicing has helped me so much and veggies like cucumbers and zuccinni are anti inflamitories that take away alot of pain inside. Stay away from Caffine and I bet you will notice a huge impact on how you feel.

I really think you should keep taking MMS-- It is not dangerous and it will only rid your body of pathogen (bad) cells and (bad bacteria. The MMS will never hurt you or damage you, ever. My test results are completely negative now! The MMS rid my lyme! Dr. Harris at IGENIX had stated he had NEVER seen someone recover from lyme so quickly. PS: Doxycycline is a powerful antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine. Anything you take to treat lyme including MMS will cause a "herx" reaction. A herx is a clear sign that bacterias are being killed off. To help flush the toxins that cause the herx reaction, cholestyramine is often prescribed. Your fear of doxy is unfounded. I take green tea bag,lemon,honey, and crush one or 2 garlic cloves. I would look into using colloidal silver which you can make yourself for much cheaper than buying it and it doesn't flush your medicine out. Colloidal silver works just as effectivly as MMS but without flushing out your meds which your thyroid needs. I would also look into Bob becks blood electrification device which works as good as both MMS and colloidal silver and you dont need to ingest a solution.
