ARGHT! I just bought the htc touch pro2!!! the 3.5 jack is the one thing I wanted MOST to have on this phone !! HTC should issue a re-call to put the jack on the earlier touch pro2!!!

I have decided not to get the long awaited the HTC touch pro 2 when i saw the external usb brick i would have to carry in order to get to use my good headphone. It is not properly designed at all. It falls out of the phone frequently. It fell while i was trying to insert in in my pocket. I did my best to not be dissapointed. But i was so bummed, i left the store. So, until the 3.5 mm jack no HTC TP 2 for me.

The Sprint verison IS going to have a 3.5 MM jack. Just look at the size of the area where the 3.5mm jack and the USB slot are. Its the same size as the Sprint Touch Pro 2's area there from the back.

You are right in emphasizing the importance of posting accurate info on YouTube since many people spend a lot of time here looking for information (beats going into a store and often stores don't have the phone anyway).

And the Net provides more detailed discussion than elsewhere.

That all said, IMHO you can skip the swearing since 1) it does not add to the discussion; 2) it's redundant since we know what you think of that YouTuber. LOL; and 3) it's not nice.

Well you shouldn't be telling people the wrong information. Many people come on to YouTube to find details and information.

With these TP2 it's especially critical to get it right since there are so many versions of it.

For example, in Europe some have the videophone camera on the front, for Skype calls, for example. But the U. S. model won't have it.

This 3.5 audio port is news since HTC has been criticized for having a micro USB port to run audio.

And some may want that CTRL key.
