@Ushly LOL--it's so true. I knew that is what it looked like, so I had to say it! :-) At any rate, I definitely have enough hops now to do some really good IPA's and double IPA's. And all sorts of other things really. I know my girlfriend will be happy once I start using them, because they're taking up most of the freezer right now... Awesome present man! I have yet to transition to all grain brewing in my NYC apartment, but I have brewed with friends who have all grain systems.

@Tsalts I actually used to live on the north side of Chicago--but just recently moved out into a nearby suburb. I definitely like having more space--it's probably the only reason I considered upping my AG supplies. But, I do have friends in the city that did AG brewing, so it can be done--it's just a matter of figuring out how on earth to store all the equipment when not in use! Cheers!

You should also check out How To Brew by John Palmer BTW. I read the 1st edition free online. But the 3rd edition is supposed to be a bit better. I am going to order it myself.
