@Sheri451 It's real jelly (tho' a bit thin). It's made from boiled down, sweetened corn cobs. (No, the cobs are not IN it). One of those Depression-era, thrifty recipes. It's good- I had some last summer at a county fair.

Met a date at Red Lobster for a broiled seafood platter.

Had to wait 40 minutes, but it didn't really matter.

Garlic shrimp scampi with scallops and flounder,

Garlic biscuits and salad-- I feel a bit rounder.
