huh? reading comments and confused, where did Adam blow off fans? its not up to him, he was kicked off his tv gig (by ABC btw not Fox) and got this gig and he's not running it. No, he's not blowing off his fans. He always takes care of his fans to the best of his ability. He has probably spent more time than he should have feeling badly that his fans won't get to see him on TV on NYE. But at the time of this interview, he'd done everything he could for us and knew it was time to focus on the performance.  One of the things we love about him is that he knows how to focus on what's important and let go what's not.

If you listen carefully, Adam is redirecting the interviewer to the fact that he is there to entertain! Adam nor his fans spent valuable energy on the fact that it was not televised...Trust me, Adam knew his fans had numerous ways of seeing and hearing the entire performance.

His brother was one of the cellcasters, so he knew we were in good hands. It was a really dumb comment made by the interviewer - there were lots of more productive things she could have asked. He's talking about his show not being broadcast on TV, and that since he can't do anything about it, he should just concentrate on what's at present, giving a good show. I rarely see a performer who puts so much heart into creating a good show for his fans.
