To those that haven't heard. Disney is making a movie based on this game. I'm not joking. Though it might be released under the Touchstone, Miramax, or Hollywood Pictures banners. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing, and the screenplay may be written by J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5). It won't be out until 2013. Gotta get my ticket Ha ha.
U say you helped create the EU yet Europe used to controll over half the world. you never once helped us in building the eu or in the war u was always the last nation to come into the war which you guys still made it as if you was the saviour. so dont give me that BS.
actually ur both right...although americas involvement is wat helped found the eu with economic benefits the idea for a eu was around long b4 america became a world power...it was intrduced after ww1 and was called the society of nations...but collapsed cos of the depression and unfair restrictions the victors placed over the losers...and btw helgate...europe controled half the world as different rival empires..not a a conjoined force like ur inplying...
Well, we could've just stayed out altogether. We could've just sat over here and watch you guys fight without sending any kind of supplies or military aid whatsoever.
If we had done that, you couldn't b*tch about it and the Germans would be thanking us.
But the point is that we didn't and that it was inevitable for us to get involved due to us cutting Oil supplies to Japan as a response to their involvement with Nazi Germany. This was a policy long in place (Since "The Great War" as an attempt by the League of Nations, to show that countries acting in Unnecessary aggression shall not receive aid from the countries in said League.) Truth of the matter is that popular opinion and world events shoved us in. Never mind Germany declared war on us.
Yeah, Japan might've been stupid enough to force us regardless, but that doesn't mean we ever HAD to send anything to prop up the Brits.
The issue is one ungrateful Brit whining about how bad the USA is when they clearly owe us for their continued existence, no matter how humble it may require them to be. The issue was not whether the US should've entered the war, but what we did before hand that saved their English muffins.
I think the game's moral is that we as a country can still hold on together even though we have tremendous challenges ahead infront of us. I mean, the US is eventually stitched back together with the help of the EU, which we helped create. :)
its real simple, the game was put out to see the response of real people, to make sure they have their bases covered, like a preview of resistance playbook, gameplay is secondary

I'm guessing it's the publisher and not the people that developed the product that force it out.
